Ron Ferguson

Maker Behind The Madness

I've been a maker for as long as I can remember. The unscripted journey is a philosophy I've lived by for years, and it's something I want to share with the world.

This isn't a story about starting as an expert. It's about a man with an idea, a workbench, and a passion for finding a way to make things work. It’s a messy, frustrating, and sometimes humbling process, and I want to share every bit of it with you.

The purpose of this website is to document my journey and hopefully inspire others to start their own. I believe that being a maker is a mindset, not a skill. It's a disciplined and methodical approach to problems, a willingness to fail, and a desire to learn.

I don't believe in perfection. I believe in the process, the struggle, and the satisfaction of building something with your own hands.

My Process, My Journey

The magic of making isn't in the finished product, but in the process. It's the unscripted journey of problem-solving, learning, and failing forward. This is a place to document that journey, mistakes and all, and to prove that you don't need to be an expert to start. You just need a disciplined mind and the willingness to start.

The Unscripted Journey

The Unscripted Workshop is built on a few core beliefs that came from my journey as a maker.
